Löwe II, LLC is an asset management company that owns and controls a portfolio of assets some of which have been in business since early 2000. The company recently reorganized in Delaware through a consolidated ownership structure focused on its portfolio investments in the energy sector. The companies invest their resources primarily in LNG terminals, oil and gas production and distribution, mergers and acquisition, and refined petroleum products. We are developing a 25MTPA liquefied natural gas (LNG) through a public-private partnership agreement in Louisiana, and we currently hold a license for a 1.77 mtpa LNG terminal in Florida. Our holdings include a well-established and operating EPC firm in Asia with operations in the U.S. Our consortium of funders and partners are capable of investing in a wide range of assets. We are able directly, or through our consortium, take title to and deliver various petroleum-based commodities including oil, LNG, aviation fuel, bitumen, LPG, and other products that complement our LNG terminal business.

Our company and founders were part of the pioneering group that received the first issuance of LNG export license from the United States Government. Our network of affiliates and partners include countries such as Kuwait, Taiwan, Portugal, and Spain.

We own and operate a portfolio of asset that complements our vision to be a major supplier of LNG and related products on a global scale. Our consortium has the unique ability to provide other products and services to include direct and third-party oil and LNG supply, engineering and procurement (EP), project funding, and renewable assets that will compliments each of our portfolio to harvest the energy of nature to supply power to our facilities.

With offices in Asia and North America, we are able to provide timely solutions to complex problems. Since the early 2000, we have provided energy related EPC services in countries that include, Hungary, Pakistan, Bhutan, Mongolia, China, Nigeria, Indonesia, Philippines, Burma, Kenya, USA, Congo, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, Cyprus, including services to the military. We list some of the largest brands as our past clients including the Ritz Carlton Hotels, Wyndham Branded Hotel, and teamed with companies such as Siemens and AECOM, just to name a few, on international projects.
